Istanbul Restaurant

On our last visit this past Wednesday, we were extremely hungry, so when he told us the charcoal would take about an hour to cook, we decided to wait and placed our order. However, when we later asked how much longer it would take, he completely lost his temper and started shouting at us. He aggressively said, "I already told you the time, don't keep asking, just sit down!" His behavior was absolutely shocking, rude, and disrespectful.
To make matters worse, the hygiene standards are disgusting. This same staff member was openly touching and picking his nose. Meanwhile, a delivery driver came in from outside, threw his delivery bag down, and immediately started scratching his head/hair right next to the food area while they both stood there gossiping.
This was a deeply upsetting and disgusting experience for my family and me. That Wednesday was officially our last time ordering from here. We will never step foot in this restaurant again.
Absolutely unprofessional!

They used to be good in the beginning days but in recent times the taste of food is bland. I have recently got their spice box and honestly the worst spice box I got. They just used Tesco shredded chicken and the peppers are not cooked at least 10%..

Our last choice when looking for Kebab. A small kebab shop at city centre with great food. Simple deco and environment. Everything is so tasty, you cannot restraint yourself from having all of the dishes.
